We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support Returns business teams. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent analytic abilities and superior written and verbal communication. They must demonstrate ownership and work well with diverse stakeholders. The candidate will have a strong bias towards data-driven decision-making and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As an Analyst on the Returns team, you will be working closely with Sr. Managers, Sr. PMs, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence Engineers, to analyze data, measure performance, and inform high-impact decisions across Returns teams in Defect Elimination, Customer Experience and Returns Transportation.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Identifying, developing and executing data analyses to answer key business questions and uncover areas of business opportunities
· Work with various Returns business teams to design and implement metrics and reporting solutions to support business objectives
· Learn and understand a broad range of Returns data resources and provide consultation to business leaders and PMs
· Manage and execute entire medium-sized projects or components of large, complex projects from start to finish including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, and root cause analysis and problem solving.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years of experience as a Business/Financial Analyst, BI Engineer or Systems Analyst preferably in an internet-based company with large, complex data sources.
· Ability to identify projects independently while working across multiple internal and external teams
· Ability to work effectively with Data Engineers and BI Engineers to mine the right data sources efficiently and accurately.
· Proficient SQL skills, mastery of Tableau and Excel.
· Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to solve ambiguous analyses, complete root cause analyses, and derive recommendations that drive business results
· Ability to manage timelines and deliverables of multiple analytic projects while providing effective program communications
· Strong verbal and written communications skills that enable you to communicate insights and recommendations to Sr. Leaders
· Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Finance or any related field from an accredited institution.
