DESCRIPTION

As a Business Analyst you will support a growing Finance Operations Program Office team working in the Product Management function. This candidate will partner with cross functional teams such as Commerce Platform, Sales Operations, Strategic Customer Engagement, Accounts Receivables, Account Payables, Legal, Accounting, and Tax and Finance. Ingenuity and the ability to think outside the box will be a must in this highly ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent problem solving skills. The candidate will have superb communication skills and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy to understand manner.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints. They will deal with ambiguous problems, work with Project Managers and/or Developers on finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to produce detailed business requirements
· Coordinate and manage user acceptance test plans
· Subject matter expert – develop deep knowledge of the Finance operations processes and how they support downstream/upstream systems utilized by Accounts payables and Accounts receivables business teams on best practices and requirements for optimal use of these systems
· Conduct regular deep dives and gap analysis, providing solution recommendations to leadership
· Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes
· Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance. Strong desire and ability to dive deep in a given problem statement
· Derive actionable insights and routinely present recommendations based on analysis
· Work remotely with technical teams to clearly communicate requirements and influence system design
· Provide post implementation support and change management
· Ensure your projects deliver business value and an outstanding customer experience

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree or higher / any other equivalent degree
· Significant relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related role
· Advanced proficiency Excel (including Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards, Visio, Power Pivots, etc)
· Ability to use data to develop insights, recommendations, and business cases
· Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across business functions
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Experience translating findings into compelling recommendations, polished deliverables, and actionable solutions
· Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users, writing user acceptance test scripts and facilitating UAT sessions
