Amazon is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to be based in Seattle and support the needs of our growing Global Immigration Operations and Services (GIOS) team. We are looking for a smart, motivated individual to provide billing assistance and support for our immigration multi-vendor program. The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day operations related to vendor invoicing and payments globally. This is the right role for someone with the drive to pay attention to details, map current processes to create more efficient processes, work effectively with other GIOS team members, take ownership of complex tasks and projects, react effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high intensity environment, and independently prioritize their activities to deliver the results that our globally expanding business needs.

Responsibilities include:
· Supporting our multi-vendor immigration production model
· Providing legal and other immigration vendor billing support; reviewing and submitting invoices and troubleshooting process issues
· Researching and resolving invoicing and payment issues
· Verifying pricing arrangements and managing engagement agreements
· Data reporting and auditing; ensure compliance with billing requirements
· Identifying opportunities for process improvement and simplification
· Coordinate the collection of regional business requirements including process deviations and localizations
· Develop measures to define progress and success; establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for confirming return on investment

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
· Intermediate Excel skills
