We are looking for a highly talented, self-motivated and analytical individual to join the Compliance Team. The successful candidate will support the Compliance team with the development and implementation of new software systems. The successful candidate has experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets; as well as analysing cost/benefit of feature selection and communicating results. This includes understanding the development process, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and general best practices for developing Compliance requirements.

· Analyse Business and technical documents to identify and produce test scenarios and test data required for testing, as well as record all results
· Ensure that the coverage and quality of test scenarios is maintained, and produced within required timescale
· Ensure project risks, defects and changes (relating to Testing) are assessed, recorded and escalated
· Create processes for better project documentation and tracking from project ingestion through to completion
· Interact with Project Leads and Technical Program Managers to define and deliver complex features
·
· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
·
· Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
·
· Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with conflicting priorities

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field, or comparable business experience

· Proven project management experience
·
· Ability to execute projects requiring cross-organizational alignment and prioritization
·
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex issues for consumption by technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
·
· Track record of being detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to self–motivate and follow through on projects
·
· Experience delivering complex projects with multiple milestones and dependencies
