As the BIM Client Information Manager you will be a part of highly creative and efficient team tasked with tackling the most fascinating and challenging problems in designing, building, and operating Amazon owned Data Center facilities globally. You will be responsible for working with the organization's leadership to implement full building life cycle BIM strategy for our design, construction, and operations processes by helping to develop and implement our Innovation and Strategic road-map.
Amazon has a global presence therefore domestic and international travel may be necessary. Team work is absolutely necessary for us to accomplish our goals. You must be able to work within a team and depend on others to accomplish the required work. This includes working with internal groups as well as external suppliers and consultants including utilities, manufacturers, vendors, and contractors.

Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities will include working on all aspects of the entire Data Center life cycle starting with design, construction, and maintenance of Data Center Revit models for the Americas Region. Our goal is to establish and maintain level 3 full life cycle BIM processes for AWS data centers for use by a wide variety of internal customers. Your duties will include:
· Help establish and maintain Revit standards, processes, and workflows
· Educate and train internal teams in BIM software, procedure, and best practices
· Assist in creating and maintaining standard regional and global templates and family libraries
· Work to establish and maintain a common data environment, along with processes, procedures, and security around the Amazon design team's information exchanges
· Establish information structure and standards for the information model, coordinate output formats, and validate data quality
· Establishing responsibilities for the provision and compliance of information and its level of detail for each project stage
· Assist the project team to establish information exchange processes between internal customers
· Work with construction team to coordinate and maintain Revit models throughout the build process
· Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, controls, and operations to create and maintain AS-Built and asset management models
· Creation, recording, and reporting of key metrics to team members and management
· Travel to Data Center sites for Engineering evaluations and surveys as required
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of cumulative experience in Industrial or Commercial MEP model and drawing production of critical facilities
· 5+ Years' experience using Revit for producing engineering models and drawings
· Ability to carry drawing standards through exploration, development, and into deployment/mass production
· Familiarity with AIA and NBIMS standards and best practices for BIM collaboration
· 3+ Years' experience applying continuous Improvement methodologies, practices and concepts to modeling and design work (ex: LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
