Here's your chance to work as a Sales Instructor and Sales Coach which has high visibility and drives significant customer impact. The successful candidate is an experienced sales instructor and coach, ideally with hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and/or in-depth knowledge of distributed computing concepts and technologies (i.e. Cloud), as well as experience delivering sales methodology and planning concepts, sales skill development programs and training on sales tools such as Salesforce.com.
In this role, you will help design and deliver training programs and content to the internal AWS Field Sales organization to drive adoption and usage of AWS sales methodology, value proposition and infrastructure services. You’ll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching and enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships. You will have excellent communication skills and proven technology and business training experience.

Responsibilities:
. Design and Deliver training courses which incorporate AWS strategy, mission and technology with our sales and business development methodologies
. Design and deliver Sales skill transformation programs, including onboarding and ever boarding programs
. Support post program sales and sales leadership coaching to drive ongoing application of learning and support organizational up-skilling and transformation
. Conduct employee and partner training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning and virtual learning
. Create an engaging learner experience in each training class with various training strategies
. Work with key vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
. Provide content and class feedback to course developers to raise bar on curriculum quality
. Mentor and train internal instructors as part of a train the trainer program.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience communicating to both business and technical personas involved in Cloud Computing purchasing and adoption decisions
· Demonstrated understanding of Cloud and Distributed computing concepts. Ability to translate this knowledge to AWS Services
· Oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills.
· Previous experience as either a sales individual or manager prior to moving into instructional delivery
· Primary Language requirement is English
· Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills

· Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5 years+ of experience in delivering business focused & technology related training
· Business or Tech degree (e.g. MBA or Engineering) or relevant work experience required.
