Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

*In the Columbus (Ohio) region, Oregon Region, and Northern VA region, this position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
*In the Denver region, this position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
·Technical training (Military or trade school) or relevant experience (see below for a list of ratings and MOSs that are a good fit for this role)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (excel, word) and web-based operational tools
· Familiar with BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending
· Proficient with maintenance management software
· Solid leadership and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Proven self-starter
· Able to be self-sufficient and complete tasks with little direction
· Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
· Walk job sites in uneven terrain
· Work in extreme climates
· Work at heights and from ladders
· Regularly lift and/or move up to 49 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 50 pounds or more
· Work shifts longer than eight hours in duration
· Bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working
· Perform physical tasks all day
· Manipulate small wires and objects
· Push or pull heavy objects into position
· Work in noisy environments
