AWS APAC Next Gen Internship Program – Australia
The AWS Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) team is looking to hire and develop the Next Generation of Leaders for our organization. We are seeking talented and enthusiastic students who are passionate about solving business problems, innovating and building new processes, and leading high-impact initiatives. The AWS Internship Program (Commercial Operations) allows you to gain exposure to the AWS business and our unique Amazonian culture through a rewarding learning experience. For this 3-months summer internship, interns will be based in one of our offices in Australia and will be assigned to one team in (1) Sales Strategy, Operations & Enablement, (2) Sales, (3) Business Development, or (4) Channels and Alliances (more details about these functions in the next section).

As an intern, you will independently own a key business project that can drive business value (e.g. through increasing productivity, identifying new market opportunity, improving customer experience). You will hone your skills in data analysis and interpretation, leadership, writing and presentation skills, and apply your creativity to innovate for our business. At the end of your internship, all interns will present their project findings and proposal to a panel of key business leaders.

· Is curious to learn and has a “can-do” attitude with strong ownership to execute projects end to end
· Adept at problem-solving and is creative to come up with innovative solutions/strategy to drive business growth
· Results driven with analytical capability to provide data-driven insights
· Able to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
