DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a talented attorney to support our Worldwide Ops and Robotics teams. You will partner directly with technology teams as they design, develop and implement new systems, strategies, initiatives, and services to support our operations and fulfillment network. You will (i) provide legal guidance on commercial agreements, software development, licensing, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance related to the development of new systems and robotics solutions, and (ii) identify areas of risk (legal, reputational, and compliance) and mitigation measures related to technical architecture and program design.
The attorney will:
· Provide ongoing legal advice to a fast-moving and innovative team of engineers, scientists, analysts, and technologists.
· Structure, draft and negotiate technology, supply chain, licensing, deployment, and other commercial agreements.
· Counsel on regulatory matters.
This position is based in Seattle and some travel may be required.

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in one state bar is required.
· Minimum of 2 full years of attorney experience, with some portion of that experience focused on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
· 2+ years of experience in a top national or international law firm is required.
