We're looking for a talented attorney to help support our growing and rapidly evolving digital media and devices businesses in the UK and Europe. In this role, you will work directly with the business, provide day-to-day and strategic advice on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters (including privacy, marketing and consumer protection, and competition), and structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and license agreements.

The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, and enjoy being continually challenged. The position will be based in London. Some travel may be required.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Fully qualified lawyer in the U.K. with exceptional academic qualifications
· Significant post-qualification legal experience with at least 2 years in an international law firm or in-house
· Excellent English-language skills (written and oral), including the ability to draft and negotiate contracts
