We're looking for a talented lawyer to help support our UK regulatory matters and our retail/marketplace business teams. In this role you will work directly with the business and third parties, and provide day-to-day and strategic advice on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.

Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.

Job responsibilities will include:
· Supporting Amazon's Legal team in responding to inquiries from regulators and other third parties.
· Supporting retail/marketplace business teams within Amazon, including as part of new product initiatives.
· Capturing know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing.
· Putting in place scalable processes to support the Legal team.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· A solid Law degree with a minimum of two years' post-qualified experience working in an international law firm or in-house.
· Data protection expertise is a plus.
· Excellent English skills (written and oral) are a must.
