We are seeking a technical leader to design and develop a brand-new integration platform to interchange data and serve as an abstraction for all financial systems that simplifies integrations into a low code process. We are searching for a game changer to disrupt traditional integration engineering process and leverage recently-released AWS technologies to programmatically generate integration code and automatically deploy services and monitors. We are looking for a results-oriented, driven software development engineer who can help us create the next generation of a distributed integration platform that support Amazon's current and future business needs. Our mission is to platformize integration solutions that optimize the scale, speed, and accuracy of finance system's data flow.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hands-on software developer that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of highly complex business contexts that are typically being defined in real-time. This person needs to love building software, be self-directed, knows how to get things done, can lead teams, and is not afraid to take on big challenges. Individuals interested in this position should have practical experience in building high-performance, reliable systems in a complex, multi-tiered, distributed environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Java and distributed computing technologies on a Linux platform.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years relevant experience; or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years relevant experience
· Demonstrated proficiency with Java, C++, or equivalent object-oriented programming language; or demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages and tools quickly
· Object-oriented analysis and design skills
· Good problem solving and ability to develop optimal algorithms
· Understanding of algorithmic design and complexity analysis
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment
