Your Responsibilities:

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will work closely with the Financial Controller and Management Accountant to ensure that the accounts payable function runs effectively. This is a full-time position within a dynamic small team environment.
The accounts payable function covers both standard vendor invoicing as well as royalty payments and reporting. This role will be reasonable for ensuring that all aspects of accounts payable take place on a timely and efficient basis with a high customer service focus, especially for royalty earners.

Accounts payable
This role will be responsible for overseeing the processing of all invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, preparation of payments runs, responding to vendor queries, regular review of aged creditor reports, and reimbursement of employee expenses, in line with the company's control environment. The role will be able to draw upon the resource of the finance assistant, who undertakes a number of tasks across the finance department.

They will also be responsible for ensure that all tax documentation is sent to vendors and completed enabling payments to commence.

Royalties
This role will be involved in the royalty processing and payment. This involves ensure that earnings are correctly posted to the vendor accounts and then posting advance earnings or processing payments to be able to generate statements. The role will also involve the checking of royalty statements and sending them. Additionally the role will be involved in tracking prepaid royalties / advances.
