The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcer [recruiter] to work with our technical and sales teams, specifically for our Public Sector business. As a 320* Recruiter, a Sourcer @ AWS builds and executes all candidate generation strategies in partnership with hiring managers. You do everything except the final candidate offer. You will have the opportunity to partner across teams and execute sourcing campaigns to attract the best technical (Solution Architect/Cloud Architect) and sales talent the industry has to offer. This is a great opportunity to be in a high-visibility role as part of a team focused on making an impact on the business while recruiting for smart, innovative talent.

Ideal candidate profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Prior experience in technical or sales recruiting role in the IT, software, or digital sector.
· Experience in a full-lifecycle, research or pure sourcing role gained within a complex corporate, RPO or agency environment.
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
