Poste et missions:
To support one of our key clients in its growth, we are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist – Project Manager. This worldwide-known client is a major player in the IT and Telecommuications industry. As an enthusiastic master or engineer graduate, you will have the opportunity to become part of their Network and Delivery team. You will work alongside with the other departments in order to improve and maintain the service delivery of the company to its own customers. As a part of the Network department, you will participate to the following projects and challenges:
Check the consistency of the information provided by the "engagement manager" (commercial part)
Prepare and send orders to the infrastructure network partners and Internet service providers (ISPs)
Monitoring and escalating the different partners on delivery deadlines
Ensure proper on-site facilities
Check via remote control the consistency of the solutions implemented
Audit of the existing fleet to identify missing virtual services
Profil:
Graduated with a master degree.
Passionate about networking and system fields.
You are proactive in innovative solutions and ideas, hands-on and a good team player or leader.
You have an understanding of the followings: LAN, WAN, routing, switching, troubleshooting, IP/MPLS…
You like being in contact with customers, supplers, external parties.
You want to become a part of a young, innovative and fast growing team.
You speak English.
