Profil:
You have a strong scientific background in (bio)process : Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biological Engineering (or equivalent through experience), with at least one year of experience in pharma industry.
You are proactive and you are able to work together in a multidisciplinary way towards a common goal.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), facilitation, and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
Job description:
Based on our client’s plants, you will work on projects like continuous improvement, operational excellence, in areas such as manufacturing, maintenance, QA, QC, Qualification, Validation, for example.
Manage the transversal relations with several areas to implement technical / operational solutions
Deal with and manage change
Skills:
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes.
Familiarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment.
Ability to interpret and apply GMPs.
Experience in manufacturing using methods like: Lean, 5s, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TMP.
Basic technical report writing and presentations
Personal Organization.
Analytical Problem Solving.
Knowledge of pharma legal requirements like GMP, FDA, are a plus.
