Description:
You will play a major role in the administrative and financial management of one of our subsidiaries.
Your mission will be as follow:
Management and general organization of the building, offices and facilities in general.
Supervise and manage the reception.
Allocate and manage facilities, building space for maximum efficiency.
Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
Execute and supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment, be “hands on” when required.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations (fire, access control).
Oversee the effective management and minimisation of waste through prevention, re-use and recycling and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 standards
Supervise the site cleanliness.
Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers
Calculate and compare costs for goods and services to maximize cost-effectiveness
Manage, negotiate and review facility services contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving
Coordinate, monitor and check suppliers delivery and quality
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants
Help de fleet manager on the field
