Description:
The aim of the Administrative & Finance department is to ensure Mantu´s growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimised business conditions.
The department is to support Mantu´s decisions with key information and accurate data, business drivers and analyses that are instrumental to optimal business management and efficient planning for the future.
Thanks to the exponential growth of the Mantu Group, the Administrative & Finance department has to adapt to a financial digitalization in order to focus on innovation, productivity and efficiency.
Your Role:
The Administrative and Financial management team main objective is defining, controlling and adjusting timelines, workload and budget in a specific geographical area in order to support the growth of the group.
In other words, you will:
- Supervise projections, documents and ensure the optimization of the financial system
- Follow up of clients’ contracts and collaborate with HR to process payroll and administration
- Manage debts, working capital and financial institutions relations
- Ensure the annual account of statements and the process optimization
- You directly report to the Regional Administrative & Finance Manager

Ideal profile:
- You are graduated for a Master Degree with a major in Corporate Finance from a Business School
- Fluent in English, you are eager to work in an international team
- Fluent in French
- You have a previous experience in Finance : Audit, Controlling or Accounting
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- You are at ease working on Excel and keen on process-automation
- You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department
- An entrepreneur mindset will help you to onboard and grow within the Group
