This “Key Account Management and Business Planning” internship will be part some leading airline group in the APAC region, a fast growing and innovative IT environment.
The role will be fully integrated within the commercial organisation working closely with the Account Director to monitor the account performance, design Key Performance Indicator Dashboard, and key in CRM opportunities. The role will include tracking revenue and billing information against budget, supporting operations to follow up on Incident Records raised, helping in drafting simple Commercial Proposal (CPs), managing key marketing activities for the account.
Main responsibilities
1) Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard:
Design with the support of the Account Director a Key Performance Indicator Dashboard to track the account performance according to the below KPIs (list non exhaustive):
· CRM indicators (100% accuracy)
· Commercial Proposal Validity tracking
· Opportunity pipeline (Revenue in EUR)
· Monthly Revenue performance YTD vs Budget
· Contract status (due dates and action required)
· Delivery Status
· Incident Records (IR) resolution
· Relationship C-Level indicator and monthly action tracking

2) Customer Sales and contract support:
Work with the IT Solution Manager under the guidance of the Account Director to assist in the preparation of Commercial Proposal. This shall include customer facing (with the support of the account director).
Support the account director in initiating the first Contract Change Request (CCR) template coordinating with Legal Contract Managers.
Review on a weekly basis the CRM accuracy under the guidance of the Account Manager and load new opportunities qualified.
3) Strategic Account Development Plan (SADP):
Support in design a new SADP template, customized to the Airline’s needs.
4) Operational Incident Resolution Tracking:
Follow up on a weekly basis on Incident Resolution Tracking within the organization (Nice, Bangkok, Sydney)
5) Marketing plan:
Be the driver of the Account Marketing Plan, designing customer initiative to increase customer relationship and intimacy to support the IT and Distribution Business.
Eg. Of Events: Hackathon (SIA Apps Challenge), CAPA event, Payment event.

Education
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar. Masters degree an advantage

Self-Driven, innovative and eager to learn mindset
Team work oriented
Language
Fluent in English. Mandarin/French or other a plus
