Purpose:

Lead a team responsible for designing and delivering training courses on the use of the Amadeus System,Amadeus products to clients, partners and Amadeus personnel.

Main responsibilities:

Course Design, Development & Delivery

· Ensure training courses for new Amadeus products are designed and developed according to approved methodology
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training courses (customer satisfaction, customer and trainers’ feedback…)
· Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible functional areas requiring training
· Manage pre and post course management activities.
· Use the established evaluation process to ensure the continuing relevance of training to business needs.
· Plan corrective actions as per required with the objective of increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Ensure all training support materials are accurate.
· Build positive working relationships with departments responsible for defining Amadeus products and customers in order to maintain and up-date the existing instructional resources.
· Innovative Thinking – with your team, push the boundaries of creativity, look for and include newer forms of technology so to deliver engaging/effective learning solutions.
· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in providing consultancy to PM/PD for selected existing / new training sessions.

Team Management

You will be required to:

· Assist, guide and motivate team members in their assigned functions.
· Fix and follow-up objectives for individuals in line with organizational goals.
· Manage HR activity and procedures related to their area/department.
· Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding organisation information.
· Report on team activities.
· Conduct annual appraisal interviews.
· Provide input for salary reviews.
· Development of their teams based on continuous assessment on needs.
· Interview and select candidates for department team. Work closely with the Learning Services Management team on the training planning activity and delivery (sizing, timeline, communication plans, budget constraints, resources, deliverables, cost tracking, time to market)
· Optimise resource utilisation: use resources where we add most value (new KPIs, CRM reports).
· Is accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline
· Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques / new methodology in processes, flows, tools, operational models and plans
