Analyze business requirements. Provide information to the Product Management team for the elaboration of business cases and RFP responses. Elaborate functional specifications for use by the Development teams. Review change requests, size specification and testing phases. Deliver test plans/scenarios. Test product to ensure compliance of delivered functionality and system integrity. Perform functional sign off. Identify interaction with other Amadeus packages and assure functional compatibility. Perform product functional walk-through. Interface and communicate with Product Management team and customer during functional specification and testing.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 3 years experience as a business or product development analyst in the airline IT industry. Must have 3 years of functional and business analysis experience in airline reservation, ticketing, and ticket refund platforms; logon and security server; testing tools; Python; and Kanban. Will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 1 year experience as a business or product development analyst in the airline IT industry and 1 year of functional and business analysis experience in airline reservation, ticketing, and ticket refund platforms; logon and security server; testing tools; Python; and Kanban.
Must have unrestricted legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
