Summary of the role
Manage and deliver a high level of service to our existant customers. Manage and control provider contracts; maintain revenues and up sell to existing customers, run projects to improve departmental processes related to customers. Analyse and propose growth opportunities
Main responsibilities
Manage, develop and monitor existing accounts.
Responsible for net revenue contribution of airline customers to Amadeus.
Act as an intermediary between the customers and Amadeusreate.
Identify specific requirements and expectations for existing clients.
Maintain and develop existing business.
Cross-sell new Amadeus products.
Work closely awith other internal business units to expand current business.
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.
Secure content in Global Distribution System.
Manage and control existing contracts and negotiate new contracts with account.
Co-ordinate internally with corresponding Amadeus stakeholder’s standard contract deviations.
Ensure that new products, product enhancements and overall solutions are developed and implemented within the agreed time frame.
Ensure internal communication and alignement amongst all internal relevant parties concerning customer needs, products and business evolution and development.
Monitor business costs.
Requirements
· Skills and knowledge:
· Years of experience: 3 – 5 years experience working in an Account management or Sales role ideally in one of the following industrial sectors: GDS; Airline; travel or IT solutions.
· Education: University degree Marketing / Business, IT or Travel Industry; MBA desired
