Major Responsibilities:

Summary of the role
 
Consult and support management within the area DACH regarding all human resources related issues. Implement, apply and monitor HR related policies, tools and procedures aligned with corporate HR policies and compliant with local legal regulations.
 
Main responsibilities
 
    • Consult and support line management regarding all human resources related issues (e.g. structure, staffing, succession planning, performance, collaboration, compensation, labor law, HR related tools and procedures).
    • Identify staffing needs and consult managers regarding staff allocation, ensuring appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles.
    • Monitor compensation and benefits proposals and ensure coherence with corporate guidelines.
    • Support the execution of the personnel and leadership development strategy.
    • Support talent identification and development process across their life cycle.
    • Shape and ensure constructive and effective collaboration with the works council regarding all topics within own area of responsibility.
    • Manage or support specific projects, e.g. talent acquisition campaigns, employer branding programs, culture and organizational change initiatives, performance management systems.
    • Collaborate with and provide input to corporate work groups in order to develop and improve Human Resources policies and processes.

Desired profile

Requirements:

• University degree in business studies, business psychology, labour law studies or other HR related field.
    • Approx. 3 years in a similar position. Experience in taking over responsibility and working autonomously with a minimum of supervision.
    • Understanding of business strategy and corresponding business challenges for the different business units. Understanding of the difference between management and leadership and awareness how different styles can influence peoples engagement and performance. Understanding of the impact of corporate framework (e.g. corporate structures, processes and culture) to organizational effectiveness.
    • Required Competencies: multicultural approach, accountability & proactivity, service oriented approach, distinctive analytical and conceptual capability, result orientation, strong communication and collaboration skills, negotiation skills, high affinity to all HR related issues
    • Business fluent English and German mandatory.
 
This position is reporting to the Unit Manager HR Management. It is a fulltime position and to be filled asap. Please apply till December 14th 2015.
