Summary of the role

Manage HR data and files accurately and efficiently, give first line advice to employees who have queries around HR policies and procedures, coordinate company and government social mandated benefits with relevant units.
 

Main responsibilities

· Enter and maintain data in SAP, maintain HR files and records.
· Provide employment certificates to employees in relation to their business travel requirements or personal needs
· Accomplish and provide necessary forms that employees use for social benefit claims and loan applications with the government units (SSS, Philhealth and HDMF), assist employees in these claims, as needed
· Give first line information and/or clarification on queries and doubts employees may have regarding HR policies and procedures, including company benefits and mandated government social benefits (SSS, Philhealth and HDMF) .

Desired profile

Requirements

· University Degree or equivalent work experience
· 1 -2 year experience in HR administration, preferably in an international company
· Demonstrated experience in working effectively and showing flexibility as part of a small team
· Good understanding of HR functions and processes
· SAP Knowledge, Microsof office (advanced excell skills preferable)
· Fluent in speaking and writing English
· Strong serviced-mind, result oriented, attention to detail, analytical skills, team player and very well organized
