Main responsibilities

· Your are the contact person for our software BistroPortal
· Error analysis and researches as well as the professional qualification of the reported issues
· You will be responsible for trainings and workshops
· You will participate in our 24/7 on-call duty

Requirements

· You already have first professional experience in tourism, e.g. with a travel agent, online travel agent or travel agency
· You have online and technical affinity as well as a good understanding for error analysis and research
· Experience in dealing with Bistro Portal is an advantage
· You have good communication and presentation skills in German and English
