Amadeus currently has a new, exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Learning Services team based in Auckland. The key purpose of the Training Specialist will be to consult and assess, design and develop, deliver and evaluate first class learning solutions to the Amadeus customer base. You will also become a trusted advisor to Education providers in the Pacific region.

You'll Work On

· Designing and developing programs for both classroom and online training
· Leading face-to-face and webinar training sessions
· Partnering with our commercial team and customers to prepare bespoke training
· Consulting with our customers, sharing your expertise to improve their business outcomes

Ideally You'll Bring

· Experience working in a travel agency
· In-depth knowledge of the Amadeus GDS, or equivalent
· Experience delivering both classroom and virtual training
· IATA Fares and Ticketing knowledge
· Knowledge of Amadeus e-Commerce systems and products
