Main resposibilities

· As Team Leader Service Delivery and Support you ensure the infrastructure operation for internal customers at all locations together with your team. This includes the service for workstations, servers and mobile devices.
· You evaluate internal customer requirements, coordinate changes in the infrastructure as well as in processes and you optimise when you see potential for improvement. Harmonisation with other Amadeus locations and an end-to-end control from the customer requirement to the delivery are further objectives. In the process you monitor costs and efforts.
· You work closely with your team, consisting of internal and external employees, with managers at other European locations and with the Solution Teams.
· In parallel you represent the support of a technical topic worldwide (e.g. mobile devices, storing and printing) for all locations.

Requirements

· Successfully completed studies in business informatics, informatics or a similar training.
· 3-5 years of experience in the fields of 1st and 2nd level support or server operations and initial experience as a team leader or project leader.
· Experience with working in teams at different locations, international experience is a plus.
· Hands-On mentality, solution-oriented way of working.
· As an internationally operating company we expect good German and English language skills.
