As a Product Definition Analyst for the Reservation & Ticketing platform you will be responsible for performing full end-to-end business analyst functions including: requirements gathering, design of workable solutions in collaboration with the technical experts, writing functional specifications, performing functional testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, production system verification and functional support for the customer.

Your main responsabilities will be:

· Analyse requirements submitted by Product Management
· Deliver functional specifications and interfaces documentation of the product for their own area
· Obtain specification validation through carrying out the functional review with Development, QA and Product Management
· Contribute with Development to technical design for their own area
· Contribute with QA teams to product quality by giving inputs for the test strategy and defect investigation in Production in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity
· Provide inputs to Product Management for product functionalities enhancement, business cases and RFP responses, based on their knowledge & product experience
· Contribute to innovation and product evolution within their functional area by sharing with peers & product managers’ information such as industry trends & standards and competition

About you:

· Degree educated or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years product definition analyst experience preferably in the airline or travel industry
· Ability to understand the Reservation business need from a customer or from a business analysis and to analyse how existing or new Amadeus IT solutions can fulfill these business opportunities
· English/Advanced
· Excellent communication skills
