The Scrum master is responsible for planning and managing strategic large-scale product development or infrastructure related projects focused on migrating complex applications to the Cloud.

Responsibilities
•Serve as scrum master on multiple projects and facilitate scrum events on an operational level
•Create the project roadmap and manage the release train by identifying release milestones
•Collaborate with Product Owner(s) on backlog grooming and facilitate long-range planning and forecasts by utilizing agile metrics (velocity, burndown etc.)
•Track and manage project controls and identify risks, impediments and dependencies.
•Generate operational metrics (sprint, project, quality and program) to assess team productivity, quality, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
•Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
•Assessing the scrum maturity with the goal of maximizing value delivery
•Develop agile adoption strategy, organize and run campaigns of education to foster a model of collaborative environment and a culture of learning
•Monitor, develop and implement strategies for business process improvement by applying lean principles to improve operational performance
•Engage with Solution Architects, infrastructure, security operations teams to define and execute on Enterprise cloud migration strategies and identify repeatable patterns for cloud migration
•Assessing cloud migration feasibility, identifying dependencies & common infrastructure platform components
•Ensure that the project is managed to budget, schedule, scope and quality; that it delivers the benefits anticipated in the business case
•Project Accounting: progress reports, budget management and invoicing
•Work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously without impacting the quality of work

Requirements
•BA or BS or equivalent experience is required
•5+ years of Project Manager experience implementing large scale agile software development projects with cross functional teams
•3+ years of Agile experience preferably utilizing Scrum methodology
•Collaborative Project Management tools such as VSTS, Jira/Greenhopper, Rally, VersionOne
•Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Office Tools
•Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
•Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as proficient knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
•Experience overseeing cross-functional scrum teams with at least 5-7 team members
•Ability to provide leadership to product owners
•License or Certification: Any of the following certifications: CSM, PSM or SA(SAFe)

Preferred Skills
•Airline or travel industry
•Strong Technical skills or understanding of .Net and cloud computing
•Demonstrated comfort in working with and leading both technical and non-technical personnel
•Foreign language speaking abilities a plus
