About the Role:
Are you passionate about Agile delivery approaches and familiar with the intersection of Agile and contracted service delivery? Do you have proven experience effectively communicating with stakeholders, escalating impediments, managing risk, and driving relentless improvement?
The Digital Services team within Navitaire is looking for a clever, relationally savvy, and detail-oriented Delivery Manager who can interact and communicate with customers effectively, meet project timelines and budget constraints, and support scrum teams as a servant-leader with an Agile mindset and grit. •Work on mobile app, web app, and system integration projects with well-defined deadlines and deliverables based on an MVP, followed by subsequent iterations of the solution driven by customer feedback.
•Work with a delivery team using an iterative Agile methodology.
•Develop thriving relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and delivery team members to maximize effectiveness and ensure follow through.
•Engage with and manage delivery through a global network of digital delivery centers.
•Own project financials from estimation through continuous forecasting of revenue and margin.
•Travel up to 40% of your time to meet with customers around the world to support sales pursuits and participate in customer meetings as part of the delivery process.

•You understand a general understanding of eCommerce mobile/web apps, user experience design concepts, and system integration approaches.
•You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience.
Score bonus points with…
•Your Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
•Your proficiency with Azure DevOps project configuration, process templates, and Kanban boards.
•Your consulting services experience and/or master’s degree in business, technology, or another related field.
•Your 2 or more years of experience within the Airline IT industry.
