Summary of the role
The Business Analyst for Client Support and Implementations (Revenue Accounting) will focus on supporting live and implementing Navitaire Revenue Accounting customers. This role is client focused and will include duties that range from leading product and add-on-product implementation projects (including training) managing client support cases, to managing client relationships. The role will involve working closely with a variety of customers to help them learn and understand how the Revenue Accounting product works as well as striving to understand how the Revenue Accounting product can help customers more efficiently run their business. The Business Analyst for Client Support will identify value-add software changes and will work closely with other team members to aid in bringing those changes into the product.
Main responsibilities
Act as primary client functional support contact for revenue accounting customers.
Build, maintain, and foster current and implementing client relationships.
Support customers during software conversion, upgrade, or implementation projects.
Work with product manager, product owner, and other key internal stakeholders to bring value add software improvements forward.
Travel to industry meetings, client sites, or other Navitaire sites as needed (up to 20%).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2years of airline IT experience
Understanding of accounting solutions is preferred.
