Team Description :

Strategy Execution and Integration Services (SEI) is a key part of the Digital Transformation entity, reporting into Vice President of Digital Transformation Services (DTS), and is responsible for defining and executing transformation initiatives in alignment with strategic priorities. The team enables the strategic vision of Amadeus, delivering tangible improvements aligned with the global, sustainable growth strategy. Our key competence is the execution of organic (growth acceleration) and inorganic (M&A execution) transformation programmes, through end to end methodology, strong expertise and solid KPI monitoring. The team is transversal, touching every business unit in Amadeus and allows maximum learning on the key facets of our business on each programme.

Main Responsibilities :

To participate in the creation effort of the SEI team collaborative environment:

- Assist in the design and automation of the Team collaborative platform: Project Portfolio management framework, definition and development of dashboards, workflows, status consolidation. Administration of the DTS-BTS-SEI Sharepoint site.

- Participate into the deployment and adoption of the Portfolio and Project standards and best practices: Documentation, awareness and coaching sessions, process improvement.

- Recommend/suggest simplified collaborative ways of working, facilitating exchanges and interaction within the SEI Team and with the rest of the Amadeus using the Digital workplace offered through the deployment of Office 365.

Depending on trainee experience, knowledge and interest, he/she can also contribute to the management of SEI Governance helping to prepare management meetings (collect information, prepare documentation, advise on gaps and overlaps….)

This internship/apprenticeship offers an opportunity to gain visibility on how M&A integration program is run and gives an excellent grounding in the understanding the travel and tourism industry as seen through technology and people.

Requirements :

Fluency in English mandatory

Strong project management skills and interest in interest in PMI (Ideally willingness for CAPM Certification)

Must have an aptitude for using and learning technology and knowledge of coding in VBA, advanced EXCEL and Sharepoint 2010 / online

Ability to express concepts and ideas visually
