Team Description:

The organization is a central organization dedicated to project management working for a 1200 persons R&D division.

Main Responsibilities:

The process improvement analyst will support the project managers in their reporting and the way they communicate.

The process improvement analyst will define and design a new generation of dynamic reports to enrich the reporting on projects (Agile and Waterfall).The trainee would be involved in a delivery project to better understand the existing key indicators.

The process improvement analyst will imagine as well a new way to represent graphically information related to project areas like resource management, dependency management (integration with Microsoft Project) or risk management.

The process improvement analyst coordinate the production of the first reports and will then advise and assist project managers.

All those indicators would have to be described in a documentation.

Training sessions would have to be organised in order to make the project managers able to launch and generate the best reports.

This mission would be organized in a project mode.

Requirements:

The candidate would need a good knowledge of Excel as to be in the position to create value from lots of project data (expenses, deliverables, budget, resources).

The candidate must be willing to explore new reporting dynamic tools like Tableau or the Kibana and possibly do a bit of programing to

The candidate must be fluent in English as it is language used within Amadeus. There are conference calls and video-conference in English. There might be business trips in London as well.

The candidate must be motivated by project management, analytics and communication.
