Team Description

Intern will be joining the Revenue Integrity (RI) team in Tucson, Arizona, that is currently willing to transform/ re-engineer their code on a product platform. The Tucson team is introducing those new products, and is faced with the task to present the differences between the current solution for a given airline and the new product version of the same functionality.

Main Responsibilities

Participate with a dynamic, fast moving agile team, with a specific focus on documenting the existing code (alongside with a developer) for a given airline customer, and highlight differences compared to the new version (which is known as Product version, for which a documentation exist). Those differences are known as GAP, and need to be discussed with the customer in order to find an adequate solution when re-implementing them.

Requirements

The successful candidate will exhibit a “heads-first” attitude, willing to jump both feet into a new team of tremendously skilled practitioners within a unique domain working hard on a vision. Good communication skills to be able to work alongside developers (who accumulated years of tribal knowledge), interest in development and coding languages, and good writing abilities.
