The intern will build their skills and knowledge within a learning design & development arena, interacting with all teams within Learning Design & Development and beyond. Some initial projects include:
• Working with the Instructional Design team within Learning Design & Development and other stakeholders, participating in the design, development & evolution of our collaborationwith other teams abroadto facilitate design & development resources worldwide to collaborate and share best practice
• Assist in our content publication processes to customers and suggest improvements
• Participate in identifying customer surveying and feedback collation techniques and tools

Requirements

• Business degree with a Project Management focus
• Keen interest in the area of Learning Design & Development
• Excellent written and spoken English
• PC knowledge and proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with SharePoint/and or MangoApps sites would be useful
• Problem solver
• Organised
• Team player
• Willingness to learn
• Customer focused
