Summary of the role

Organize the delivery of expert services for the Corporate customer and execute the cytric Travel implementation project.

Participate to the implementation project team through the definition and planning phases and then execute, monitor and control the implementation.

Define, manage and execute implementation plans for direct corporation (new deals).

Execute migration plan for existing customers from AeTM to the new Amadeus solution Amadeus cytric Travel

Provide professional implementation support services as contracted by the customer, cross region and consistent all over the world

Main responsibilities

Implement On-line booking tool through a structured implementation plan

- Analyze customer systems and service requirements.

- Ensure that the scope of any engagement is clearly understood by the customer and signed off.

- Ensure coordinated action between all internal and external project stakeholders (Travel agency, Travel manager, IT, support, Amadeus support, setup team / ETV orders, Amadeus integration experts etc …) and manage successful and timely implementation of the corporate products for global customers.

- Identify specific actions necessary to implement and integrate Amadeus cytric solutions.

- Write implementation configuration document that reflect customer requirements.

- Identification and mitigation of key risks and issues impacting delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Advice on business impact of implemented actions on business performance and efficiency

Support the design, development of new cytric Travel features in the Delivery construction domain.

Provide expert support to delivery segment and pre-sales.

Share knowledge with regional and local delivery teams.

Requirements

· Valid Experience in business travel industry, ideally business Travel Management Company.Experience of Travel Management in a large corporation is a plus
· General knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business, offer, strategy, technology and organization.
· Solid experience in IT project management
· Management & Leadership Skills
· Ability to handle the different phases of a project, following Amadeus methodology and using standard project management tools
· Ability to manage relations with others with tact and peaceful means
· Ability to take initiative in his domain of accountability ie. begin or to follow a plan or task, without prompting or direction from others
· Ability to build a network of contacts and to capitalize on it to accomplish business objectives
· Ability to manage priorities and time
· Ability to filter information gathered from varied sources about business environment, market, industry and organization and retain the most important elements
