Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

Act as Business Partner for Line Management to understand their priorities and objectives and consult and support them in all HR related matters.

Major Responsibilities:

· Act as Business partner for Line Management and consult and support management in all HR related matters, e.g. organizational and personnel development, recruitment, training, headcount planning, legal advisory
· Partner to managers to understand their priorities and objectives and translate key business challenges into HR demands and related recruiting needs
· Recruitment for internal and external vacancies
· Responsible for the management of all personnel related actions and processes like e.g. internal and global ADP transfers, requests for parental/maternity leave, international assignments etc.
· Give support and advise to employees on general questions or requests
· Responsible for HR projects and processes
· Selection and participation at recruitment fairs
· Introduction and implementation of HR marketing
· Driving new hire events & Internship / Trainee Program
· Tendering and selection of external service providers (head-hunter, recruitment agencies)

Relevant Job Experience:

· Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

Degree in Business administration with focus HR or comparable

· Know How / Skills

· Routine in contract and salary negotiations
· HR legal skills
· In-depth experience in conducting interviews for all levels
· Held responsibility for recruitment across organization and/or country boundaries
· In-depth knowledge of Works Constitution Act (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz) and experienced in cooperation and negotiation with staff representatives
· Very good communication style and skills
· Trustful and pro-active person
· Demonstrated ability to work within a team and to exceed customer expectations
· Able to quickly identify cross-functional synergies and dependencies with complex matrix organizations and effectively deliver improved services and solution
· Precise and well organized style of working
· Excellent English/German language skills - oral and written
· Very good presentation skills SAP R/3 HR module experience would be a plus
· Very good command in MS Office products

· Expertise in attracting and recruiting Specialists from international labor markets
· Experience in Recruitment Process Management and continuous process monitoring and improvement
· Experience with assessment centre organization or other selection instruments desirable
· Broader economic business understanding
· Analytical skills

· Relevant Job Experience

Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as HR Generalist/ Business Partner in an international environment
