Purpose

-Amadeus is a global leader of IT solution provider specialzied in travel related contents and industries.
-Human Resources in Amadeus provides business focused businesspartering on top of quality operational services.
-This role will be in charge of HR operational services delivery in collaboration with HR Manager, and establish the valued presence of HR functionality in Japan through the high level of balance between global corporate policies as well as local regulations.

Key Accountabilities

HR Operations

'-Review On / off boarding process in align with global best practice and re-enforce
-Respond queries in timely manner and provide quality ongoing support
-Lead and execute monthly operations; Time and attendance, Payroll, Social Security, Benefit Administration in colleaborating with outsourcing vendors
-Generate regular / ad hoc reports based on requests
-Provide administratve support for employees' transfer and mobility
-Maintain HR database with high level of accuracy

Other

'-Support effective recruitment through end-to-end seamless administration
-Provide support (especially logistcs) for training implementation
-Participate project in ad hoc basis

Requirement

Education:

Bachelor degree or equivalent, ideally in business or related major

Relevant work experience:

-Minimum of 3 to 5 years professional working experience

-Human Resources experience is advantage, especially HR operation

Business understanding:

-Passion / interest in business to understand

-Business partner concept and mindset

-IT industry experience / understanding will be plus

Skills:

-Strong inter-personal /stakeholder management / communication / judgement skill

-Good problem solving skill

-Capability to work in agile and flexible environment

-Good at documentation / Filing

Specific knowledge

-Fundamental business basics: manner, writing, conversation etc.

-Japanese labor law knowledge is plus

-Japanese: Business level Fluency required

-English: Fluency required for both writing and speaking

-HR database; SAP HR experience is plus'

-PC skills: comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
