Network Engineer - F5 performs administration, maintenance and customization of the relevant platform and/or associated software products, and recommends improvements to those areas. The incumbent will also participate in the development of the technical direction for the platform.

Main Responsibilities

· Support and maintain F5 load balancer

- Configure, Administer, Support & Troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers and related environment (SSL Profiles, NAT and sNAT, iRule concepts and F5 redundancies)

- Recommend changes to enhance the stability and performance of the relevant areas

- Troubleshooting and escalation of Incident and Problem management records
- Provide detailed technical documentation for networks and systems projects and solutions
- Assist more junior members of the team where appropriate
- Provide Training/assistance to the Department Staff or other Departments

· Support the global WAN based on Cisco and Juniper routers.
· Support and troubleshoot Protocols on the WAN including MPLS Support the various network environments using Cisco, Arista, and HPE network hardware.
· Support and troubleshoot Protocols on the network include Fabric path, spanning tree, OSPF, BGP and other protocols.
· Life cycle support for devices, including hardware replacement and OS version upgrades.

About You

· F5-CTS Certification or equivalent experience, in particular F5-LTM
· CCNA/CCNP Certifitations or equivalent experience
· JNCIS/JNCIP Certification or equivalent experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Excellent problem solving skills
· Ability to manage internal projects, and experience of working within large project teams
