Summary Overview of Responsibilities:

The Chief Operating Office division (COO) is a transversal organization driving Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Project Excellence, Transparency, Security, and Compliance.

In the role of a Business Analyst, you will be supporting transversal activities or projects. The areas of work will vary across the organization – following the transversal COO responsibility.

Major Responsibilities:

· Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of COO according to defined requirements
· Meet with assigned stakeholders and subject matter experts when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
· Collect information articulated business request through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
· Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
· Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to defined requirements, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports
· Present findings and suggestions with ample justification and practical advice
· Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
· Assist or drive implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies
· Provide guidance for any occurring problems and issues.

Relevant Job Experience:

1. Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)

· BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in a specialized business field will be an advantage. Preferably combined with IT.
· Courses in a business program may include accounting, management principles, financial modeling, business law, marketing, and communications.
· Certified Management Consultant is a plus.

2. Know How / Skills

· Fast learner
· Service oriented mentality
· Knowledge of diverse business matters such as IT, Marketing, HR etc.
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Team player, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and pro-actively Strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and proven ability to drive results in a complex, multicultural environment and at different hierarchical levels
· Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
· Aptitude in creative problem-solving
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
· French are Spanish language skills are plus.

3. Relevant Job Experience

· Proven experience 3+ years as business consultant or equivalent
