This position provides these benefits to approximately 2,100 employees in the 5 Amadeus North America entities:
· Amadeus North America, Inc.
· Amadeus Hospitality Americas, Inc.
· Amadeus Canada
· Amadeus Airport IT Americas, Inc..
· Amadeus Global Operations Americas, Inc.
The purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service with benefits support and advisement to employees and internal/external business partners. This individual ensures accurate enrollment into the SAP and other internal administration tools; supports compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations. This individual all supports People & Culture, Sr. Benefits Administrator, Manager Benefits and internal/external partners with administration and inquiries related to health and retirement plans. Partners with People & Culture, management, and Payroll teams to provide accurate and timely service to all colleagues.
II. Main responsibilities
Administration : Responsible for, and assures the smooth operation of the day-to-day administration of all benefit programs.
· Provide in-person education and advisement to employees on benefit plan offerings
· Assist and supports employees through benefit enrollment process
· Acts as liaison between employees, payroll and vendors to troubleshoot and support resolution of employee complaints, issues, concerns and escalate to management when appropriate
· Respond timely to resolve/triage all email inquiries through .
· Processes payroll deductions and adjustments related to benefit premiums/contributions
· Administers and processes qualifying life events
· Communicates and administers the removal of overage dependants from the benefit plans
· Assist employees with claim and plan inquiries
· Process EOI and LTC enrollment forms
· Process COBRA event notices for qualified beneficiaries
· Provides reporting on the Employee Recognition Program and facilitates anniversary date changes with the vendor
· Completes carrier error and discrepancy reports
· Provide required ACA Exchange Notices to all employees
· Participates in SAP testing with the implementation of new plans, system integration, vendor changes, etc.
· Maintains current plan documents, FAQs, and educational resource information on the internal employee benefits website
· Identifies opportunities to increase employee communication, engagement and participation in benefit plan offerings
· Acts as secondary support for retirement plan administration
· Acts as secondary support for billing and reporting of benefit plans
Planning/Projects : Is the liaison between employees and vendors and troubleshoots & brings to resolution all employee complaints, issues, concerns, escalating to Manager only when necessary.
· Supports the development and delivery with planning and communicating materials for open enrollment changes
· Supports in the coordination and delivery of new hire orientation and open enrollment meetings
· Manages, communicates and supports the Employee Recognition, Service Award, Wellness programs, and Annual Events
· Acts independently in organizing and executing the Annual Health Fair within budget
· Coordinate the set up and arrangement for all vendor participation
· Supports with testing for and maintenance of the Employee Self Service tool and any HR Portal functionality for benefits administration
· Supports the People & Culture staff with projects and planning for various events
III.Requirements
· At least threeyears experience in Human Resources Benefits Administration; demonstrated efficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access); highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment.
· Education:Undergraduate degree preferred (offset for years of experience).
· Occasional travel required. This position deals with sensitive and confidential information regarding the employees of Amadeus.
· F/T permanent position.
