If you’re passionate about travel and technology then the Amadeus Graduate Programme is for you! Our two year programme transforms recent graduates into the next generation of leaders looking to shape the future of travel.
You’ll be adding value from day one, and working across three unique areas of our vibrant business during the programme.
You won’t be doing it alone. Mentors will guide you along the way and various learning and development opportunities will mean you can keep developing your skills.
You’ll join a truly global team. In Asia Pacific alone, we have people from more than 40 nationalities. Every day you’ll have a chance to work with people from any of our 190+ markets around the world.
How the programme works
You’ll undertake four six-month rotations within three different departments.
You could work in one of our travel technology teams who work with airlines, airports and online travel agencies or in our corporate functions including Human Resources, Finance or Marketing, and there’s the potential for an international assignment at one of our offices in Asia Pacific.
Training and development
A wide range of internal and external training sessions will be on offer. Graduates will also take part in various professional development activities including an in-depth Amadeus induction. We want to make sure you are equipped with the knowledge, technical and soft skills you need to succeed.
Guidance and Mentorship
You will constantly be challenged to expand your horizons. You will have regular reviews with your Manager and the Programme Director and you will be mentored by a member of the Senior Management team.
Our Recruitment Process
To ensure we select the right person for the right fit, our selection process is designed to identify future leaders who possess the skills, training, experience and potential that we believe to be critical to a high-performance culture and to ensure success.
All applicants go through the following recruitment process:
1) Stage 1: Phone interview with HR
2)Stage 2: Interview and written test
3)Stage 3: Assessment Day
What we’re looking for
Graduates who have an eagerness to learn and apply the knowledge you acquire. People who have an open mind and embrace diversity, someone who can thrive in a multicultural environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a genuine interest in travel and technology and be motivated, flexible, adaptable and resilient.
Students are required to have;
· An honours degree (minimum 2nd lower class honours) or;
· A Masters degree from a reputable university and;
· No more than 3 years of working experience, if already graduated
