The Project Management Office department is part of AIR-DPS whose mission is to help and give support to the AIR community and airlines.

The one of the main purpose of PMO department is to ease the deployment of Agile methodology and mind-set in AIR and Operation entities. You will integrate a team composed by Agile coaches, tribe scrum masters, tool experts…

Now, let’s make sure this position will be a good fit for you. We are looking for an Agile coach with a passion to provide guidance and support on Agile, Scaled Agile, leading the agile transformation in London.

Based in London, you will drive the transition to the agile frameworks through teaching, coaching and mentoring and ensure adoption, implementation and maintenance of Agile principles across the organizations and contribute to evolve them company-widely according to the needs.

Key Responsibilities

Individual and team mentoring & knowledge sharing

• Coach teams facing challenges

• Coach individuals when needed, with a specific attention for Scrum Masters & Product Owners:

o Partner with the PO to ensure vision, roadmap & personas are well defined and understood

o Mentor SM on becoming better facilitator & on focusing teams on completing tasks

• Facilitate Learning through ad-hoc workshops, training sessions, innovative technics to maximize output

• Lead teams through first sprint planning, sprint execution & sprint review cycle(s) and guide, assist and mentor them to become self-sufficient in coordination with the Agile Facilitator if any

• Encourage & Promote good engineering and quality practices

Agile deployment and adoption facilitation

• Assess Agile teams level & make recommendations for improvement

• Assess, analyze, track & report the progress of the teams at organizational level

• Identify areas for improvement and propose means to overcome them

• Define/Enhance tools & processes to aid agile teams

• Develop a change management strategy

• Develop & deliver recommendations to Agile teams, Top Management & Client Stakeholders on Agile practices and directions

• Actively participate in the worldwide Amadeus agile communities

• Act as site representor for the Agility18 program

Job Holder Profile

Education - University degree, or equivalent work experience

Relevant work experiences - Agile practices in projects (Scrum/Kanban/scaled agile frameworks) (acting as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner).

Minimum 3 years of professional project management experience, in an IT Solutions supplying environment (leading or actively coordinating projects).
