Summary of the role:

You will be part of the global Digital Workplace Solutions team responsible for supporting all aspects of identity management in the Asia Pacific, Miami, Erding, Madrid, and Nice. You will be the subject matter expect for Active Directory/Exchange and Windows Server support as Level 3. You will also help the team to transition from on-premise solutions to Cloud AzureAD technologies.

In this role you will:

· Active Directory Management: You will develop and support Amadeus’ Active Directory and associated services (ADFS, ADCS …).
· Provide L3 support to all solutions and operations team on Active Directory issues
· Provide guidance and support for internal identity management portal
· Document all changes and updates

2. MS Exchange Management: You will develop and support Amadeus’ MS Exchange and associated services.

· Provide L3 support to all solutions and operations team on MS Exchange issues
· Provide guidance and support for internal identity management portal
· Document all changes and updates

3. Debugging: Troubleshoot Active Directory / Exchange Servers when not working:

· Remediate the problem by issuing a change to the operations team
· Collaborate with other solutions and L2 support teams during the remediation

4. Extend services: Work with integration team to extend Active Directory and MS Exchange services:

· Install new Active Directory servers, DNS, and DHCP in new locations with the Network teams
· Integrated new applications to Active Directory or ADFS.
· Work with other solutions team and operational teams to deliver on time according to project charter
· Make sure all these changes are documented according to template

5. Decommission legacy servers : You manage all aspects of removing old Active Directory servers and services:

· Provide a plan for the decommissioning and replacing of new servers and Active Directory services
· Execute the plan according to proper change management process
· Coordinate with all solutions and support teams to ensure minimal disruption to the business

6. Provide KPI : You will provide statistics on performance of the Active Directory Services:

· Create, and maintain KPI reporting on Active Directory / MS Exchange / ADFS / PKI Services to relevant stakeholders
· Provide such reports either periodically or ad-hoc

Education & Qualifications:

University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. English (fluent- our business environment is primarily in English)

Key information:

You have demonstrable experience as a system engineer in designing and supporting Active Directory and MS Exchange services including ADFS, AD CS (PKI), Windows management tools, Windows DNS and DHCP. Ideally you should have at least 3 years of experience and/or MCSA, MCSE, MTA certification or equivalent.

Technical skills:

You will have experience in supporting Windows operating system from 2008 to 2012. You have good documentation skills, team player, and ability to work with 3rd party L2 service providers. And even better if you have Openlda, Linux / MACOS knowledge, AzureAD and Microsoft Office365 skills and knowledge.
