Main responsibilities

· Your are the contact person for our software BistroPortal.
· Error analysis and researches as well as the professional qualification of the reported issues.
· You will be responsible for trainings and workshops.
· You will participate in our 24/7 on-call duty.

Requirements

· You already have first professional experience in tourism, e.g. with a travel agent, online travel agent or travel agency.
· You have online and technical affinity as well as a good understanding for error analysis and research.
· Experience in dealing with Bistro Portal is an advantage.
· You have good communication and presentation skills in German and English.
