CONTROLS MECHATRONICS ENGINEER HF

Job description

- You will conceive, develop; simulate new control strategies through the establishment of a course of actions to accomplish in a defined planning
- You will suggest; evaluate the processes & equipment’s on specific areas, meeting costs, quality; performance
- You will design, simulate; calibrate tests in order to ensure the feasibility of new technologies
- You will simulate representation of various components; dynamic behavior
- You will design power paths
- You will work on various technologies such as “Continuously Variable transmissions” (CVTs), Hybrids, transmissions and Light vehicles
- You will support the developments teams
- You will document the controls schemes; strategies
- You will take part in various projects on theme clusters such as advanced controls, driver assistance
- You overall mission is to improve the existing technologies
Key Requirements
- You hold a Master degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronics or Electromechanical engineering
- You are fluent in English. Dutch or French are a real plus
- You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in control system engineering or in the automotive industry
- You have a good knowledge of Matlab and Simulink (C & C++ are a real plus)
