The role:
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven and eager sandwich placement year / intern to join the Altitude team. This is an extremely rare opportunity to make your mark on the early stages of a potential multi-million dollar brand. This position will give you the opportunity to work first hand with a number of different departments of the business including the Product Development and Marketing Teams.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with our Product Manager to help develop the brand and its growth
- Gain an understanding of different customer groups and work out ways to target them through Facebook advertising, email marketing, promotions etc
- Help develop the strategy and launch a ‘best in class customer service project’ including the management of FAQ’s about our products and update them with any recurring issues we are having
- Take responsibility for our brand’s social media channels including content production
- Work with the marketing team, assisting with the creation of new marketing material

Desired profile

About you:
- Experience or strong interest in the beauty industry
- Knowledge of Customer Service and /or Logistics would be beneficial
- The ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (or nearing final year of) in a relevant Marketing or Business degree
