Position & Task:
To follow our growth and development on the International perimeter (18 400 employees, turnover superior to 1 billion €), the ALTEN Group is looking for a:
Business MANAGER
Based in ALTEN Belgium, Brussels
Joining our international headquarter of the ALTEN Group based in Brussels gives you the opportunity to get a real international experience.
You will have the opportunity to participate to the deployment of ALTEN Belgium.
Your main tasks will be the following:
- Sales
- Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers
- Gathering new business leads in consulting at actual customers
- Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts and named account
- Closing offer deals on a service-based contracts or on time-based contracts
- Participating and realizing the redaction of offers, reporting ...
- Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and pro-active development of corrective actions
- HR
- Selecting & recruiting your new consultants team
- Playing an active & consulting role to our recruitment team to optimize our attracting policy
- Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training…)
- Management
- Being in charge of your own team of consultants
- Supervising the financial status of your activity
- Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partners
Required profile:
- You have a Master degree or equivalent in Business or Engineering
- French speaker, you are also fluent in English
- You have a track record in Business development
- You have a confirmed sales experience in consulting or similar sector
- You have acquired negotiation skills within several sectors
- You have a good understanding of the corporate sales cycle (with line manager & buyers)
- You present an appealing into the IT or Industrial sector
- You’ve built your career within B-to-B activities
- You feel good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals
