As part of our strong commercial development we are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Position:
Directly reporting to the local Recruiting manager, and in close collaboration with the Business Managers:
- Understanding of the current stakes and requirements to build robust search strategy that will attract the best and brightest candidates;
- Develop the use of social networks practices within the company;
- Strengthen the companies’ visibility on social media;
- Management and sustaining long term relationship with a pool of qualified candidates for open and future positions at all levels;
- Assessment of talents during pre-selection over telephone interviews ;
- Organize interviews for the Business Managers;
- Candidates’ follow up throughout the recruitment process;
- Taking part in weekly operational meetings;
- Reporting to the Direction and the Core Business.
Skills required:
*You are graduated from at least a Bachelor Degree and you have a relevant experience of 1-2 years in Recruitment or head hunt.
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* You are open-minded, hardworking and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
* You are fluent in English. Another language would be an advantage.
