Position
Graduate Sales and Marketing Consultant
Purpose: Understand customer Project and Portfolio Management Challenges and provide First-Class service in mapping those challenges with PCUBED/Mi-GSO service Offering resulting in business development of this service line
Responsibilities will include:
- Having a customer-first mindset
- Aiming to continuously improve the status quo by proposing changes and improvements to the established process
- Engaging in customer calls and customer events to understand customer challenges
- Understanding each customer background, sales lifecycle
- Researching industries, markets, demographics, trends, sales results and other data related to customers and competitors of PCUBED/Mi-GSO
- Being part of a Call Centre, based in London and focused in the UK and EMEA markets
- Engaged in creating Social Media exposure for the Pcubed/MiGSO Enterprise Solutions by creating articles, promoting webcasts, performing SEO optimisation and establishing Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Being part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team and will be able to reach out to FTSE 100 customers
- Developing Project, Program and Portfolio Management skills and associated disciplines (Financial Management, Resource Management, among others)
Required skills and Experience
You will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in compiling research & analysis, as well as a keen interest in marketing strategy
- Experience in providing good customer service, and ability to build solid client relationships
- Familiarity with media channels
- Writing and public speaking, with great interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and high level of organisation
- Being a self-starter and ability to multi-task
- Being innovative and creative, with an understanding of project and people management

Travel Requirements
Consultants are expected to work from a London base, but be flexible with regards to travel within the UK as you could be working away from home during the week. Exciting opportunities exist for those employees who may wish to work abroad as part of their time with Pcubed.
